As I reflect on this moment, I am reminded of the countless women who have inspired me along the way. In my own journey, from founding a jewelry brand that utilizes 3D printing technology to revolutionizing the industry, to launching companies in pet technology and smart tourism, my mission has always been to integrate technology and innovation into traditional industries. I firmly believe in the power of digital transformation and its potential to create new avenues for growth and development.

As a woman leader, I understand the unique challenges we face. Yet, it is in overcoming these challenges that we find our true strength. To all the women here today, and to those who aspire to lead, I say this: Do not be afraid to dream big.
